Parking Information
• Cedar Grove Parking serves Holland America's Maasdam, Celebrity's Horizon and Carnival's Victory. Less than one mile from I-264, our Cedar Grove site is conveniently located on Monticello Avenue between Virginia Beach Boulevard and Princess Anne Road in Downtown Norfolk.
• Parking and guest drop-off will be at the Cedar Grove Parking Site in Downtown Norfolk. Complimentary shuttle service will be available to the Nauticus National Maritime Center.
• West Plume Street Garage serves Radisson's Seven Seas Navigator. The garage is located directly across the street from Nauticus.
Driving Directions
• Cedar Grove Parking: From Interstate-264, take the City Hall Exit (Exit #10). At the light, turn right onto St. Paul's Boulevard and follow our Cruise Parking signs.
• West Plume Street Garage: From Interstate-264, take the Waterside Drive Exit (Exit #9). Follow Waterside Drive past Nauticus and take a right at the Plume Street intersection. The garage will be directly on your right.
